Delicias Homemade Bakery LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides custom baked goods from Parrish, Florida. By placing an order through this website, by message, or in person, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with any order-specific details we confirm with you in writing (for example, by email, text, or invoice). If there is any difference between these Terms and the specific terms confirmed for your order, the order-specific terms will govern for that order.
Orders, pricing and availability
• Menu items, prices, and availability may change at any time without notice. • All order requests are subject to our acceptance and confirmation. An order is not final until we confirm it (for example, by written confirmation, invoice, or payment request). • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact information, pickup or delivery details, and any customization instructions when placing an order. • Custom cakes vary by occasion, size, portions, decoration, and theme. We will confirm the specifications and final price with you before accepting the order. • To-go and baby cakes require full payment and at least 2 days’ lead time. • Cookies, brownies, and rolls ordered online are available for Saturday pickup only. • Pickup and delivery windows will be agreed and confirmed with each order.
Ingredients, allergies and food safety
• Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as eggs, dairy, wheat, gluten, soy, nuts, and other ingredients.
• While we take care in our kitchen, there is always a risk of cross-contact. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from particular allergens.
• Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order so we can advise whether a product is suitable.
• After pickup or delivery, you are responsible for following any storage and serving instructions we provide and for handling the products in a safe manner.
• Fresh baked goods are perishable. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds for change of mind, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
• If your order is incorrect, damaged, or otherwise problematic, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery with your order details and, if possible, photos so we can assess the issue. Any remedy will depend on the specific circumstances and applicable law.
• Deposits paid for custom orders are nonrefundable once we accept the order because they reserve time and materials, except where required by law or if we cancel or cannot fulfill the order.
• Photos of our products are illustrative. Because our items are handmade, reasonable variations in appearance may occur.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected products. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
• Customers agree not to misuse this website or its content, including by copying images or text for unauthorized commercial use.
• Florida law applies to these Terms and to your orders with us, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
